The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:
El IDECUT en cumplimiento de su marco normativo trabaja en la transformación de los municipios mediante la valoración, preservación, recuperación y difusión del patrimonio cultural y turístico en sus diversas manifestaciones con la ejecución y generación de proyectos que contribuyan al desarrollo cultural y turístico, la promoción del arte, el fomento de valores que propicien la paz y la convivencia ciudadana, al igual que la gestión de políticas, planes, programas y proyectos que permitan el desarrollo de éstas actividades.
Strategic perspective:
El IDECUT, es un establecimiento del orden descentralizado de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, que busca preservar y recuperar el patrimonio cultural en las diversas manifestaciones, así como el fomento de la industria turística, contribuyendo a que Cundinamarca se convierta en epicentro turístico nacional e internacional. Todo lo anterior ejecutado de acuerdo a los programas establecidos para esta vigencia.
