The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Strategic perspective:

Con base en el análisis institucional y epidemiológico poblacional, atendiendo las potenciales necesidades de la población en general, lo propuesto en el el Plan de Gestion Gerencial 2021-2024, realiza una apuesta fundamental para a través de tres (3) Prospectivas: Primera Prospectiva: FORTALECIMIENTO INSTITUCIONAL, Segunda Prospectiva: FORTALECIMIENTO FINANCIERO Y ADMINISTRATIVO, Tercera Prospectiva: FORTALECIMIENTO GESTIÓN CLÍNICA Y ASISTENCIAL
