Es misión de la Secretaria de Hábitat y Vivienda garantizar el cumplimiento del derecho a la vivienda digna de la población cundinamarquesa, consagrado en el Articulo 51 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, y facilitar los medios técnicos, económicos, jurídicos y financieros para acceder a la misma, con el fin de disminuir el déficit cualitativo y cuantitativo de vivienda y los índices habitacionales de la población en situación de pobreza y extrema pobreza, elevando la calidad de vida de la población en el Departamento de Cundinamarca.
Strategic perspective:
El Departamento de Cundinamarca en el año 2022 será una entidad caracterizada por el buen gobierno, la transparencia y una gerencia efectiva por resultados, con capacidad de trabajar de forma transectorial, elevando la capacidad de articulación y cooperación entre entidades y niveles de Gobierno.
