Annual Purchasing Plan

The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: “Contribuir al desarrollo integral de la ciudad desde la orientación del sistema de educación superior del Municipio y sus diversas articulaciones, a través de la gestión de políticas públicas y de recursos para hacer posible la formación integral de los ciudadanos y su participación equitativa en una sociedad del conocimiento y la innovación”. Visión: “En el 2030 Sapiencia será referente regional, nacional e internacional de la transformación sostenida de Medellín a través de la educación superior, al facilitar el desarrollo humano de sus ciudadanos a partir de la generación de oportunidades y capacidades, en una ciudad cuyo relato se constituirá sobre las bases de la vida y la equidad y en donde el conocimiento y la innovación la convertirá en modelo del desarrollo tecnológico”.

Strategic perspective:

Formular y liderar la política y los lineamientos del sistema de educación superior del Municipio de Medellín, promoviendo que las instituciones públicas que lo integran presten un servicio coordinado y complementario, acorde con las necesidades tecnológicas y profesionales que demanda el desarrollo del país.
