The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

DESARROLLAR EN EL ORDEN SECCIONAL LAS COMPETENCIAS PROPIAS DEL SISTEMA DEL INTERIOR, EN ESPECIAL ATENDER LOS ASUNTOS RELATIVOS A LA GOBERNABILIDAD, LA DEMOCRACIA, LOS DERECHOS CONSTITUCIONALES, LA DESCENTRALIZACIÓN, LA PARTICIPACIÓN Y LA CONVIVENCIA PACÍFICA, LIDERAR EL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE RIESGO DE DESASTRES Y, ALCANZAR LA COLABORACIÓN ARMÓNICA DE LAS DEPENDENCIAS Y ENTIDADES DEPARTAMENTALES PARA LA ATENCIÓN DE LAS VÍCTIMAS DEL CONFLICTO INTERNO Y LA ARTICULACIÓN DE SUS ACCIONES Y PROGRAMAS CON LAS POLÍTICAS DEL ESTADO EN EL MARCO DE LA JUSTICIA TRANSICIONAL
