The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: Ejercer control fiscal efectivo y prevenir oportunamente los riesgos o daños inminentes al patrimonio publico sobre los recursos que administren entidades territoriales o particulares, implementando metodologías y lineamientos que permitan el mejoramiento continuo y la innovación para el logro de los fines del Estado. VISIÓN: La Controlaría Municipal de Ibagué será reconocida en el 2021 como una entidad referente en materia de control fiscal y en el cumplimiento de sus deberes constitucionales y legales, así como referente del compromiso de sus funcionarios en la implementación de un modelo vanguardista en la implementación de herramientas y tecnologías para brindar resultados de la gestión .
