The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión Municipio de La Estrella La Administración Municipal de La Estrella orientará su gestión hacia el logro del desarrollo económico y social de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, a través de la oferta de bienes y servicios que impacten favorablemente en la disminución de la pobreza, las desigualdades sociales y la exclusión. Este logro será posible gracias a la aplicación de una política de buen gobierno y de participación efectiva de los ciudadanos. · Visión Municipio de La Estrella Seguimos avanzando para transformar La Estrella en el año 2019 en un municipio que se enaltezca por su desarrollo económico, social, político y ambiental; con criterios claros para la ordenación del territorio, donde la prioridad será el desarrollo social integral y el crecimiento económico, la recuperación de los recursos para la sostenibilidad ambiental, donde exista respeto por los valores éticos y culturales, con una infraestructura acorde para suplir las necesidades que demanda la población y una comunidad siderense comprometida con la participación y su entorno.

Strategic perspective:

La administración municipal espera continuar con el propósito en la formación de capital social a fin de que se mejore el nivel y calidad de vida de la población; por ello “SEGUIMOS AVANZANDO” en lo social, lo económico, lo ambiental, lo institucional; contribuyendo a crear las condiciones sociales y económicas para alcanzar mejores niveles de desarrollohumano, aumentar las capacidades y fortalezas para construir una ciudad en la cual la vida se recree y se disfrute.
