The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

La Alta Consejería para la Felicidad y el Bienestar de Cundinamarca tiene como misión generar estrategias para la medición e intervención de las variables asociadas al concepto de Felicidad y Bienestar en procura del mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los Cundinamarqueses.

Strategic perspective:

Son los objetivos de la Alta Consejería para la Felicidad y el Bienestar de Cundinamarca: Formular e implementar el concepto y política de Felicidad y Bienestar en el Departamento de Cundinamarca. Identificar los componentes de la Felicidad y Bienestar en Departamento de Cundinamarca. Diseñar, adaptar o aplicar instrumentos de medición sobre las variables asociadas al concepto de Felicidad y Bienestar. Formular, evaluar o ejecutar planes, programas, proyectos y estrategias asociadas con el mejoramiento de las variables asociadas al concepto de Felicidad y Bienestar en el Departamento de Cundinamarca.
