The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La Región Central RAP-E tiene como perspectiva estratégica lograr la convergencia territorial, mejorar los indicadores de desarrollo económico y social, proteger la estructura ecológica regional Estructura Ecológica Regional y contribuir al postconflicto, de acuerdo con el artículo 3.1.5 del Acuerdo Regional 007 de 2019, basado en las estrategias de los Planes Estratégicos Regional e Institucional, este último según la Resolución 233 de 2017.
