The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: La Contraloría Departamental del Meta es el órgano de control encargado de ejercer vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de la administración y de los particulares o entidades que manejen fondos o bienes públicos, en todos los niveles dministrativos y respecto de todo tipo de recursos públicos, en el Departamento del Meta y los municipios asignados conforme a la Constitución y la ley; atendiendo los principios de eficiencia, economía, equidad, desarrollo sostenible y, el cumplimiento del principio de valoración de costos ambientales. Vision: Para diciembre de 2021, la Contraloría Departamental del Meta, deberá ser visiblemente reconocida por toda la comunidad, como un referente de efectividad en los resultados de la vigilancia y el control fiscal.

Strategic perspective:

La entidad cuenta con 4 objetivos corporativos: 1. Garantizar la vigilancia y el control de la gestión fiscal, 2. Promover la participación de la ciudadanía en la vigilancia de la gestión pública y sus resultados, 3. Fortalecer la celeridad en el trámite de los procesos de responsabilidad fiscal y cobro coactivo, 4. Asegurar el funcionamiento e impulsar la modernización institucional.
