The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Visión: En el 2024 seremos reconocidos por la ciudadanía como un modelo de gestión eficiente en la administración de terminales y operación de sistemas de transporte, que sea ambiental y financieramente sostenible, garantizando servicios complementarios para usuarios y transportadores y contribuyendo a mejorar la movilidad.

* Garantizar a los usuarios una excelente operación del transporte intermunicipal. * Integrar alternativas de transporte que contribuyan al mejoramiento de la movilidad. * Elevar los estándares de calidad en la gestión institucional. * Lograr mayor rentabilidad económica de la empresa.
