The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Facilitar el acceso de la Mipyme colombiana a la financiación, mediante el otorgamiento de garantías. Visión: Contribuir al cumplimiento de los sueños de los empresarios colombianos a través de soluciones de garantías, brindando una experiencia de servicio de la más alta calidad soportada en una transformación digital de la organización.
Strategic perspective:
El Fondo Nacional de Garantías S.A. es la entidad a través de la cual el Gobierno Nacional busca facilitar el acceso al crédito para las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, mediante el otorgamiento de garantías. Adicionalmente, el FNG respalda préstamos destinados a financiar la adquisición de viviendas de interés social. El FNG no garantiza créditos destinados al sector agropecuario, por cuanto para éstos existe el respaldo del Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías, administrado por Finagro. Para acceder a la garantía del FNG, la empresa o persona interesada debe acudir al intermediario financiero ante el cual vaya a solicitar el crédito, donde se le brindará la información requerida y se atenderán todos los trámites relacionados con la garantía. Para información adicional, puede acudir al FNG o a los Fondos Regionales de Garantías.
