The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Somos la entidad administradora del seguro de depósitos de los ahorradores del sector cooperativo financiero en Colombia, y mediante el fortalecimiento permanente y eficiente de la solidez patrimonial, financiera y operativa de la entidad otorgamos un respaldo para el crecimiento sano y sostenido del sector en el país a través del seguimiento y la implementación de las distintas operaciones autorizadas al Fondo. Contribuimos a cumplir los proyectos de vida de los ahorradores del sector cooperativo generando confianza y protegiendo sus depósitos.
Strategic perspective:
Entidad modelo dentro de la red de seguridad del sector financiero en administración de reservas y riesgos, cuya gestión contribuye a mantener la confianza de los ahorradores de las entidades inscritas y a generar conocimiento sobre el sector cooperativo financiero
