The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

"MISIÓN Ejercer la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de las entidades, servidores públicos y particulares que manejen fondos, bienes o recursos públicos del Municipio de Floridablanca de conformidad con la normatividad vigente y los parámetros establecidos por Contraloría General de la República, garantizando la participación de la ciudadanía. VISIÓN Para el 31 de diciembre del año 2021, la Contraloría Municipal de Floridablanca será visible por su gestión efectiva en el control fiscal, de forma transparente y contando con la participación ciudadana en la vigilancia de los recursos públicos."

a)Promover la participación ciudadana en la vigilancia de la gestión pública b) Garantizar el control y vigilancia de la Gestión Fiscal . c)Fortalecer la celeridad en el trámite de los Procesos de Responsabilidad d) Asegurar el funcionamiento e impulsar la modernización institucional e) . Desarrollar la implementación y el mantenimiento de MIPG a toda la entidad
