View Annual Purchasing Plan
The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

El Instituto de Transito de Boyacá coordina la seguridad vial para garantizar una movilidad segura en el Departamento y administra el registro de tránsito a través de puntos de atención autorizados por el Ministerio de Transporte, con personal calificado y comprometido con la Institución. El ITBOY se proyecta como una entidad reconocida a nivel nacional por su liderazgo en la construcción de programas y políticas de seguridad vial para el Departamento desde el seno del Comité Departamental, en desarrollo del Plan Departamental de Seguridad Vial que se implemento como política pública para Boyacá y prestando los servicios de registro de transito de manera eficaz, eficiente y efectiva con el mejor recurso humano y tecnológico para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros usuarios y demás partes interesadas. 

El Instituto de Transito DE Boyacá, es un establecimiento público del departamento, de carácter técnico encargado de gestionar el manejo y administración del registro automotor y la seguridad vial a nivel departamental.
