The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mision: Contribuir al desarrollo social y humano de la población del Departamento del Cauca. Fomentando la practica del deporte, la recreación, la actividad fisica, la investigación y la medicina deportiva, la educacion extraescolar y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, a traves de la implementación de politicas, planes, programas y proyectos conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por el gobierno Departamental y el Ministerio del Deporte.
Strategic perspective:
El Plan estrategico del Deporte y la Recracion 2010-2021 debe cumplir con un lineamiento enfocado en la forma como se va a atender la poblacion en el Departamento del Cauca. El Plan anual de adquisiciones es un docuemento mediante el cual la entidad establece y señala las necesidades que requiere satisfaccer en cuanto a bienes, obras y servicios que desarrollan su objeto social lo cual lo convierte en un intrumento de planeacion contractual para la Institucion y lo convierte en uno de los elementos mas importantes dentro del proceso de compras de nuestra institucion
