The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

LA DIRECCIÓN DE SANIDAD DE LA ARMADA NACIONAL COORDINA LA ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL EN SALUD ACUERDO A LA GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO, FUNDAMENTADA EN LA ATENCIÓN PRIMARIA A TRAVÉS DE LA PROMOCIÓN, PREVENCIÓN, DIAGNÓSTICO, TRATAMIENTO, REHABILITACIÓN Y PALIACIÓN, CON EL OBJETIVO DE MANTENER LA APTITUD PSICOFÍSICA DEL PERSONAL MILITAR ACTIVO Y MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONES DE SALUD DE LOS AFILIADOS Y BENEFICIARIOS DEL SUBSISTEMA DE SALUD DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES POR MEDIO DE SUS ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE SANIDAD. PARA EL AÑO 2022 LA DIRECCIÓN DE SANIDAD NAVAL Y SUS ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE SANIDAD TENDRÁN IMPLEMENTADO EL MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL EN SALUD, CENTRADO EN EL USUARIO, LA FAMILIA Y COMUNIDAD; MEJORANDO LA PRESTACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS Y LOS RESULTADOS DE CALIDAD EN SALUD PARA AFILIADOS Y BENEFICIARIOS DEL SUBSISTEMA DE SALUD DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES.

Strategic perspective:

LA PLANEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA TIENE COMO OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL LA ALINEACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD CON LAS DIRECTRICES ESTABLECIDAS POR LA DGSM Y LA UNIFICACIÓN DE LOS DIRECTRICES DE DISAN Y LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE SANIDAD MILITAR. CON BASE A LA PLANEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA Y LOS ACUERDOS DE REGLAMENTARIOS DE DISAN Y CEMED Y EN CONJUNTO CON EL ÁREA DE SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE GESTIÓN DE DISAN Y LA COORDINACIÓN DEL SGC DEL CEMED, SE ESTABLECE LA PLANEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE DISAN Y SUS ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE SANIDAD MILITAR.
