The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN El Instituto para la Recreación y el Deporte de Floridablanca atiende las necesidades deportivas y recreativas de la población de floridablanca en la búsqueda del mejoramiento y el mantenimiento de las condiciones físicas relacionadas con las destrezas deportivas y con la salud, integrando las acciones y operaciones con las demandas de servicio, elevando el nivel competitivo en el marco deportivo y del mejoramiento del estilo y calidad de vida de la comunidad. VISIÓN Para el año 2020 IDEFLORIDA será reconocido por la comunidad como institución deportiva líder en Santander, quien contribuye al desarrollo humano, la convivencia y la paz, mediante el deporte para todos, la recreación la formación educativa y competitiva en sus diversas modalidades y expresiones".  

Fomentar la practica del deporte y la recreación como elementos fundamentales en el proceso de formación integral, tanto en lo personal como en lo comunitario, fortaleciendo el nivel deportivo, garantizando la inclusión y un servicio eficiente, eficaz, efectivo y oportuno del área administrativa para el cumplimiento de las metas del plan de desarrollo municipal 2016-2019
