The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN Fortalecer en el Municipio de Carolina del Príncipe, la cultura de la planeación colectiva; identificando oportunidades de mejoramiento continuo que permitan la gestión y optimización de los recursos, la planificación de programas, proyectos, acciones pertinentes; generando un seguimiento permanente que se refleje en la calidad de vida de todos los Carolinitas. VISIÓN Para el 2023 el Municipio de Carolina del Príncipe será un territorio que fortalezca y promueva el turismo en diferentes modalidades como un renglón primario de desarrollo; rescatando el sentido de pertenencia e idiosincrasia de los Carolinitas; potenciando el campo y ofreciendo una educación con calidad, un servicio de salud integral y protegiendo los recursos naturales.
Strategic perspective:
Generar oportunidades de desarrollo colectivo en Carolina del Príncipe, a través del trabajo cooperativo y colaborativo con las comunidades rurales y urbanas, sus líderes e instituciones; posibilitando el diálogo, encuentro, debate y proposiciones que direccionen el mejoramiento continuo de la calidad de vida en todas las esferas.
