The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Desarrollar planes, programas y proyectos que contribuyan a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población de Armenia, a través de la práctica del deporte, la recreación, la actividad física y el buen uso de los escenarios deportivos, mediante la participación comunitaria, la formación integral, los hábitos saludables y el uso constructivo del tiempo libre.

Strategic perspective:

En cumplimiento a los lineamientos del plan decenal municipal de Armenia 2012 – 2022, del deporte, la recreación, la educación física y la actividad física, para el desarrollo humano, la convivencia y la paz; el IMDERA será una organización moderna líder en programas deportivos, recreativos y de actividad física, con escenarios deportivos adecuados.
