EL DISPENSARIO MEDICO Neiva - DIRECCIÓN DE SANIDAD EJERCITO del Ejército Nacional, concentra la función administrativa de las unidades centralizadas a través de la ordenación del gasto, la ejecución de la cadena presupuestal y de los procesos contractuales, contables, de tesorería y de control inventarios, inherentes a la operación y funcionamiento de la unidades dependientes administrativamente, dentro del marco normativo vigente, bajo premios de mejora continua a través de una centralización competitiva y efectiva.

EL DISPENSARIO MEDICO Neiva - DIRECCIÓN DE SANIDAD EJERCITO en cumplimiento de su misión asignada y de sus funciones direcciona las unidades tácticas orgánicas de la novena brigada centraliza la parte administrativa, contable, ejecutora del presupuesto requiere satisfacer sus necesidades básicas, por lo cual planea sobre la asignación de partidas fijas asignadas mediante el desarrollo de los procesos contractuales y ejecución de los recursos asignados por el Comando Superior, dentro de las normas y políticas administrativas y contables.
