VISION: EN EL AÑO 2019 LA CORPORACIÓN CULTURAL MUNICIPAL DE VILLAVICENCIO – CORCUMVI- BILBIOTECA GERMÁN ARCINIEGAS SERÁ RECONOCIDA COMO UNA ENTIDAD INCLUYENTE Y CAMBIEANTE RESPECTO A LA GLOBALIZACIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y RECURSOS TECNOLOGICOS APORTANDO A LA SOCIEDAD REGIONAL GESTIÓN EN CONOCIMIENTO Y FOMENTO ARTÍSTICO Y CULTURAL .
Strategic perspective:
La Entidad es de índole cultural que cuenta con Proyectos y Programas financiados por el SGP, ICLD y Estampilla Procultura. La Corporación cuenta con 3 bibliotecas Satélites ubicadas en las Comunas 1, 4 y 8. La Entidad cuenta con 8 funcionarios de planta y 82 por contrato de prestación de servicios
