The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION: Somos una Empresa Social del Estado comprometida con la oferta de servicios integrales de salud de mediana y alta complejidad en el Departamento de Sucre, apoyando la docencia, investigación y formación universitaria, buscando generar satisfacción integral con los más altos estándares de calidad, ética y rentabilidad social, respetando los deberes y derechos de nuestro paciente y su familia, basado en una atención humanizada y segura, con una alta optimización de los recursos. VISION: El Hospital Universitario de Sincelejo será en el año 2024 un centro de referencia de alta complejidad de la RED hospitalaria departamental, con rentabilidad económica y social, reconocida por su excelente gestión en la prestación de servicios de salud de mediana y alta complejidad, con una atención humanizada centrada en el paciente y su familia.

Strategic perspective:

El Hospital Universitario de Sincelejo, fue objeto de una medidad de intervención administrativa por parte de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, la cual se encuentra vigente hasta mayo de 2022. En desarrollo de la medida de intervención se adelanta un plan de acción para el mejoramiento de su infraestructura, dotación y calidad en la prestación de sus servicios.
