The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION: Salvaguardar y promocionar los derechos humanos, la protección del interés público y vigilar la conducta oficial de los funcionarios de la Administración Municipal de Sotaquirá con una gestión calificada, efectiva, eficiente y eficaz. VISION: Consolidarse como una institución reconocida por su gestión eficiente, eficaz, confiable, transparente en la defensa del interés público y colectivo de los nuevo colonenses, en la guarda, promoción y protección de los Derechos Humanos y en la función de control disciplinario.

Strategic perspective:

La Personería Municipal de Sotaquirá, dentro de sus planes estratégicos busca la articulación de diferentes entidades del estado para promover y fortalecer los planes y programas de la población victima de Desplazamiento, así mismo y en asocio de la Comisaria De familia prevenir la violencia intrafamiliar, evitar la deserción escolar, proteger y velar los derechos humanos de nuestros habitantes, entre otras velar por el cumplimiento y desarrollo de la constitución las leyes, los acuerdos las ordenanzas y las demás que sean otorgadas.
