The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La Secretaria de la Función Pública como dependencia de carácter técnico, dirige el desarrollo organizacional a través de la mejora de los sistemas de gestión institucional y el desarrollo y fortalecimiento del Talento humano, con el fin de apoyar e incidir en el logro de óptimos resultados en la gestión de Gobernación.

Strategic perspective:

Apoyar el diseño, adopción y gestión de procesos institucionales que garanticen la adecuada y eficiente organización administrativa del Departamento y sus dependencias centrales y entidades descentralizadas en aplicación de los principios institucionales de la función administrativa.
