The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

VISIÓN El Instituto de Tránsito y Transporte del municipio de Pitalito INTRAPITALITO, para el año 2023 será reconocido en la región sur colombiana por la generación de cultura ciudadana y la calidad en la prestación de servicios de tránsito y transporte, con criterios de: transparencia, humanidad, seguridad, eficiencia y agilidad, logrando credibilidad y confianza en la comunidad.

El instituto requiere adquirir bienes y servicios que permitan cumplir cabalmente con sus funciones, objetivos, misión, visión y desde luego cumplir con las metas que sean planteadas en el plan de desarrollo municipal del municipio de Pitalito
