The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: Contribuimos al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población vallecaucana mediante la prestación de servicios de saneamiento ambiental, en el marco de las competencias departamentales, desarrollando acciones de promoción, prevención, inspección, vigilancia y control de los factores de riesgo que afectan la salud humana. VISION: La Unidad Ejecutora de Saneamiento del Valle del Cauca en el año 2020, será reconocida como una institución pública prestadora de servicios de saneamiento ambiental, con eficiencia administrativa, capacidad gerencial, estabilidad financiera, servicios de calidad y desarrollo tecnológico

Strategic perspective:

Tiene como proyecto estratégico, el desarrollo de acciones de promoción, prevención, inspección, vigilancia y control en salud ambiental y saneamiento ambiental en el Valle del Cauca. Tiene una sede principal en Cali, tres areas operativas en Cartago, Tulua y Sur Cali y cuenta con una planta de personal de ciento cuarenta y tres (143) personas y un presupuesto para 2022 de $22.688.281.205
