The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Nuestra misión Elevar el nivel de servicio al Distrito Industrial y portuario de Barranquilla, realizando los estudios técnicos de entidades encomendadas, llevando a cabo proceso de reestructuración administrativa, disolución de entidades, procesos liquidatorios, procesos post liquidatorios y administración de los patrimonios autónomos.

Strategic perspective:

La Dirección Distrital de liquidaciones para el 2026, será una entidad líder en la ejecución de procesos de reestructuración administrativa y/o disolución y liquidación de entidades descentralizadas del orden Distrital, administración de actividades post liquidatorias, patrimonios autónomos pensionales, con un alto nivel de compromiso por el servicio público, la gestión administrativa y el desarrollo económico del Distrito de Barranquilla.
