The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión Administrar y promocionar el Servicio Público de Empleo (SPE), con un enfoque de calidad a través del funcionamiento oportuno y eficiente de la red de prestadores en el ámbito de la articulación e integración de las políticas activas del mercado de trabajo. Visión Para el 2022 la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo, logrará el reconocimiento del Servicio Público de Empleo, como un mecanismo efectivo y de calidad para la intermediación laboral, que propende por la inclusión laboral y la productividad en el país.

Acercar a los colombianos a las oportunidades de trabajo formales de manera democrática, equitativa y transparente, y facilitar a los empresarios personal adecuado a sus organizaciones.
