The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

mision: Somos un Establecimiento Público del orden Municipal que propicia vivienda digna, mediante la gestión de recursos, aplicando las políticas en materia de vivienda del orden Nacional, Departamental y Municipal para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias Vallenatas vision: En el 2022 el Fondo de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana del de Valledupar – FONVISOCIAL, será una entidad reconocida en el ámbito nacional, por ofrecer soluciones a las necesidades de vivienda, bajo condiciones que le permitan incrementar el bienestar habitacional a la comunidad del municipio de Valledupar y sus corregimientos.

Strategic perspective:

FONVISOCIAL espera seguir ejecutando y consolidar durante la vigencia 2022, los proyectos de vivienda de interés social gestionados e iniciados durante las vigencias anteriores. De la mano del Gobierno Nacional esperamos seguir entregando subsidios de vivienda a las familias menos favorecidas de nuestro municipio.
