The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La Gestora urbana de Ibagué es una empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado descentralizada creada para gestionar proyectos especiales y sociales de vivienda , la administración del espacio público, los bienes fiscales y el buen manejo de los lineamientos del plan de ordenamiento territorial, para alcanzar el desarrollo, la recuperación social, económica, física y ambiental de la ciudad musical, buscando la competitividad, la rentabilidad y participación interinstitucional pública y privada; para propender la mejor calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y construir una ciudad sostenible, competitiva y equitativa que garantice el mejor aprovechamiento del territorio en igualdad de oportunidades para los ibaguereños.

La Gestora Urbana de Ibagué tiene programas estratégicos: 1. Mejoramiento integral de barrios, titularización y reordenamiento predial. 2. Uso y aprovechamiento del espacio publico. 3. Promoción del mercado inmobiliario. 4. Ibagué con equipamientos para la calidad de vida. 5. Dinamización de los entes descentralizados. 6. Mejoramiento de la calidad de vida del cliente interno y externo.
