The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

El SENA está encargado de cumplir la función que le corresponde al Estado de invertir en el desarrollo social y técnico de los trabajadores colombianos, ofreciendo y ejecutando la formación profesional integral, para la incorporación y el desarrollo de las personas en actividades productivas que contribuyan al desarrollo social, económico y tecnológico del país (Ley 119/1994). En el año 2022 el SENA se consolidará como una entidad referente de formación integral para el trabajo, por su aporte a la empleabilidad, el emprendimiento y la equidad, que atiende con pertinencia y calidad las necesidades productivas y sociales del país

Strategic perspective:

La entidad está trabajando en su direccionamiento estratégico en el marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2018-2022 ‘Pacto por Colombia, Pacto por la Equidad’ que traza el curso de acción para remover los obstáculos y transformar las condiciones que hagan posible acelerar el crecimiento económico y la equidad de oportunidades del país, y que se fundamenta en la ecuación del bienestar:
