The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mision: somos una Institucion Publica, garante de la ejecucion de las penas, que ejerce la vigilancia, custodia, atencion social y tratamiento de las personas privadas de la libertad, en el marco de la transparencia, la integridad, los derechos humanos y el enfoque diferencial. Vision: En el 2030 seremos reconocidos a nivel nacional e internacional como un modelo de gerencia penitenciaria, en la atencion social, el tratamiento, la custodia y vigilancia, con un talento humano capacitado y comprometido que contribuye a la resocializacion y los derechos humanos de la poblacion privada de la libertad.

Strategic perspective:

El INPEC cuenta con una (1) Sede Central o Direccion general ubicada en Bogota, seis (6) Direcciones regionales (Central en Bogota, Occidente en Cali, Norte en Barranquilla, Occidente en Bucaramanga, Noroeste en Medellin y Viejo Caldas en Pereira) una (1) Escuela de Formacion ubicada en Funza Cundinamarca y ciento treinta y tres (133) Establecimientos de Reclusion del orden nacional. Su planta global corresponde a 15.795 cargos y para la vigencia fiscal 2020, su presupuesto acorde con la ley N° 2008 de diciembre 27 de 2019 corresponde a un billon trescientos setenta y cuatro mil trescientos cincuenta millones ciento veintisiete mil ochocientos diesciocho pesos /$1.374.350.127.818) moneda legal
