The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

La Institución tiene dentro de sus necesidades más importantes, la de fortalecer los procesos estratégicos y administrativos que permitan un mejoramiento de la eficiencia, cumplimiento de objetivos institucionales, mejoramiento de la imagen institucional, la transparencia y acceso a la información, además de la gestión ambiental, para estos logros es necesario lograr la madurez del Modelo Integrado de Planeacion y Gestion (MIPG), El cumplimiento efectivo de estándares habilitantes en todos sus componentes es fundamental para garantizar la pertinencia y la seguridad del paciente, además la Entidad tiene dentro de su direccionamiento estratégico la intención de crecer en materia de acreditación.
