The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION Crear, gestionar y difundir contenidos incluyentes y diversos de alta calidad en diferentes plataformas y tecnologías, con el propósito de formar, informar, entretener, educar, salvaguardar el patrimonio audiovisual del país y aportar en la construcción de tejido social, a partir del reconocimiento de la identidad ciudadana, sus preferencias y expectativas. VISION Para el 2022 seremos el sistema de medios públicos referente en América Latina que conectan culturas y territorios a través de una infraestructura tecnológica moderna, la innovación y la producción de contenidos de vanguardia e interés social que responden a las necesidades y expectativas de la población. 

Informar al público interesado de las contrataciones planeadas por Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia para la presente vigencia y de esta forma cumplir con los principios de eficiencia y transparencia.
