The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Somos una entidad comprometida con el desarrollo del departamento de Vichada a través de un control fiscal confiable, visible y participativo, que impulsa la eficacia y eficiencia en la administración y uso de los recursos públicos y la protección de su gran patrimonio ambiental, teniendo en cuenta a la comunidad como primera beneficiaria de la gestión estatal. Visión: En el 2022 la Contraloría Departamental del Vichada será reconocida como una entidad confiable y efectiva, líder a nivel regional en las buenas prácticas del control fiscal.
