The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN CORPORATIVA: Controlar la gestión fiscal de la administración y de los particulares que manejan fondos y bienes del Distrito, con el fin de proteger el patrimonio público del Distrito de Cartagena, evaluar la sostenibilidad ambiental, trabajar en satisfacer las expectativas y requerimientos de la comunidad Cartagenera, con un Talento Humano competente y comprometido con los objetivos de la Entidad, utilizando herramientas técnicas y tecnológica con un alto grado de eficiencia, eficacia y calidad. VISIÓN CORPORATIVA: En el año 2021, seremos un organismo de control con una reingeniería de procesos y estructura organizacional, aplicando el nuevo enfoque de Control Fiscal en Colombia, teniendo en cuenta las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, desarrollando procesos con un alto grado de efectividad y calidad, generando permanente valor al Control fiscal del Distrito de Cartagena; preparando a nuestro talento humano hacia los nuevos retos de la Gerencia Pública del siglo XXI.
