The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:

La Escuela de Policía Provincia de Sumapaz “Intendente Maritza Bonilla Ruíz”, tiene como misión formar y capacitar integralmente el talento humano de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, a través del Proyecto Educativo Institucional, con el propósito de desarrollar competencias para el servicio de policía, con énfasis en el respeto de los Derechos Humanos y en cumplimiento de las funciones de docencia, investigación y proyección social, con el fin de contribuir a la satisfacción de las necesidades de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana.

Strategic perspective:

La Dirección Nacional de Escuelas y las Escuelas de Policía se comprometen a garantizar la prestación de un servicio educativo de alta calidad, con estándares que exige la educación superior y la generación de conocimiento de vanguardia sobre la profesión policial, mediante el aseguramiento y mejoramiento continuo de los procesos de formación, educación continua e investigación, contribuyendo así a la formación integral de profesionales que satisfagan las necesidades de convivencia y seguridad ciudadana.
