The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Para el año 2030, Tunja se convertirá en una ciudad con mayor empleabilidad y habitabilidad, que genere valor agregado y nuevo conocimiento en sus procesos, bienes y servicios, por medio de la reactivación productiva, el desarrollo rural y el fortalecimiento de condiciones sociales, económicas y de salud en armonía con el medio ambiente, que garanticen oportunidades de bienestar y calidad de vida para todos sus habitantes.
