The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:
La Agencia Catastral de Cundinamarca tiene como misión adelantar la formación, actualización, conservación y difusión catastral como gestor catastral; así como los procedimientos del enfoque catastral multipropósito adoptados para tal efecto.
Strategic perspective:
Garantizar la calidad de la información catastral de los bienes inmuebles, mejoras y demás elementos territoriales como gestor catastral, buscando una cobertura del servicio y una prestación eficiente del mismo de forma permanente, continúa e ininterrumpida en favor del ciudadano. Suministrar los insumos de la gestión catastral, para la formulación e implementación de políticas públicas y brindar seguridad jurídica en relación con los bienes raíces. Suministrar permanentemente la información catastral en el Sistema Nacional de Información Catastral de manera oportuna, completa, precisa y confiable. Coadyuvar mediante la prestación del servicio público de gestión catastral para el logro de importantes metas de desarrollo económico y social que incluyen.
