The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: El Instituto Municipal del Deporte y La Recreación Zarzaleña tiene como misión fomentar, masificar y desarrollar actividades, para la práctica del deporte, la recreación, la educación física y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre , facilitando todo el recurso humano y los espacios públicos deportivos para que la población sea participe y haga uso de estos , propiciando la creación de una cultura deportiva, con estilos de vida saludable. VISIÓN: El Instituto Municipal del Deporte y La Recreación Zarzaleña se perfila como un instituto líder en el área de Gestión Deportiva, acogiéndose a las normas y conllevando a la ejecución de procesos deportivos de calidad cuyo objetivo será la implementación del plan decenal para el deporte y logrando escalar posiciones relevantes en el entorno deportivo nivel departamental y nacional.

Strategic perspective:

Garantizar el acceso de los niños, niñas y jóvenes para que utilicen todos los espacios deportivos y los servicios ofertados, concientizando a la sociedad de la importancia de la práctica del deporte como un bien digno de atención en donde se configure como un medio adecuado para el alcance y el mantenimiento de la salud, el bienestar y la relación social desde la perspectiva activa del rendimiento deportivo para alcanzar el perfeccionamiento y la excelencia deportiva
