The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mission and Vision:
Fomento, coordinación, promoción y apoyo de la práctica del deporte, la educación física, la recreación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, en el departamento de Boyacá a través de la adopción de políticas, programas y proyectos establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional y Departamental. INDEPORTES BOYACÁ será para el año 2025 una entidad reconocida a nivel nacional, por su liderazgo y excelencia en el fomento de la práctica deportiva, recreativa y física de la población boyacense y la consecución de altos logros deportivos en el contexto departamental, nacional e internacional.
Strategic perspective:
Tiene como proyecto estratégico, estimular el deporte formativo y la masificación en la participación de la comunidad Boyacense orientada en actividades deportivas y recreativas, dando cumplimiento al derecho constitucional que tienen todas las personas a la recreación, a la práctica del deporte y al aprovechamiento del tiempo libre en el Departamento de Boyacá. Su única Sede se encuentra en la Ciudad de Tunja Boyacá y cuenta con una planta de personal de diez y ocho (18) personas y un presupuesto para el 2022 de $17,546,250,813
