The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: El INPEC, es una institución pública administradora del Sistema Penitenciario y Carcelario del país; contribuye al desarrollo y re significación de las potencialidades de las personas privadas de la libertad a través de los servicios de tratamiento penitenciario, atención básica y seguridad, fundamentados en el respeto de los derechos humanos, el fomento de la gestión ética y transparencia. Strategic perspective:

El INPEC cuenta con UNA (1) Sede Central o Dirección General ubicada en Bogotá, SEIS (6) Direcciones Regionales (Central en Bogotá, Occidente en Cali, Norte en Barranquilla, Oriente en Bucaramanga, Noroeste en Medellín y la Viejo Caldas en Pereira), UNA (1) Escuela de Formación ubicada en Funza, Cundinamarca y CIENTO VEINTICINCO (125) Establecimientos de Reclusión del Orden Nacional. Su planta global corresponde a 18.595 cargos y para la vigencia fiscal de 2022, su presupuesto acorde a la Ley No. 2159 del 12 de noviembre de 2021 corresponde a UN BILLÓN QUINIENTOS TREINTA Y DOS MIL TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y TRES MIL NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y TRES PESOS ($1.532.394.353.953) MONEDA LEGAL
