The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISION: Somos una Institución Publica, garante de la ejecución de las penas, que ejerce la vigilancia, custodia, atención social y tratamiento de las personas privadas de la libertad, en el marco de la trasparencia, la integridad, de los derechos humanos y el enfoque diferencia. VISION: En el 2030 seremos reconocidos a nivel nacional e internacional como un modelo de gerencia penitenciaria, en al atención social, el tratamiento, la custodia y vigilancia, con un talento humano capacitado y comprometido que contribuye a la resocialización y los derechos humanos de la población privada de la libertad.

Perspectiva estratégica: EINPEC, cuenta con 1 sede central o Dirección General, ubicada en Bogota, 6 Direcciones Regionales, (Central en Bogota, Occidente en Cali, Norte en Barranquilla, Oriente en Bucaramanga, Noreste en Medellin y la Viejo Caldas en Pereira), 1 Escuela de Formacion, ubicada en Funza Cundinamarca y 133, Establecimientos de reclusión del orden nacional. Satisfacer las necesidades presentadas por las diferentes dependencias mediante la adquisición de bienes y servicios de calidad.
