The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

MISIÓN: Asegurar que se cumplan los derechos y deberes ciudadanos promoviendo el bienestar y la prosperidad de todos, prestando servicios publicos adecuados en educacion, salud, agua potable y saneamiento basico, espacio publico, equipamento municipal, vias de comunicacion, television, deporte, cutlura, medio ambiente, vivienda, atencion a grupos vulnerables, asistencia tecnica para el sector agropecuario, turistico y empresarial. Enmarcado en el programa de gobierno que tendra el enfoque sectorial con enfasis en la generacion de empleo. VISIÓN: Proyectar a Tutazá, para que en el cuatrenio 2020-2023 sea un municipio modelo en convivencia ciudadana que se proyecte al 2034. Mejorando permanentemente la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, generando desarrollo economico y social desde el sector AGROPECUARIO, AGROINDUSTRIAL Y TURISTICO EN ARMONIA CON EL AMBIENTE, que cuente on un soporte administrativo eficiente, para conseguir un estado de bienestar en la comunidad Tutaceña
