The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: La personería es un organismo perteneciente al Ministerio Público que trabaja por la defensa de orden jurídico, los derechos y las garantías fundamentales y el patrimonio público, para la guarda y promoción de los Derechos Humanos, la protección del Interés Público, la vigilancia de la Conducta Oficial y la intervención en la solución de conflictos. Atiende, apoya y gestiona en forma permanente y personalizada los requerimientos de la población, con criterios de compromiso social, ética, equidad, oportunidad, eficiencia, eficacia y mejoramiento continuo. VISIÓN. La personería será reconocida localmente como Institución líder, por su labor en la guarda y promoción de los derechos Humanos, la vigilancia de la conducta oficial y la protección del interés público. Su gestión es realizada con personal idóneo y comprometido con el municipio y con la región bajo lineamientos de ética, transparencia y responsabilidad.

Strategic perspective:

La personería Municipal ente independiente y ejecutor de su propio presupuesto, le corresponde en ese mismo sentido propender porque su despacho cuente con los elementos necesarios para su funcionamiento y primordiales para el cumplimiento de las funciones propias de la oficina, colaborando de la misma manera a la comunidad que solicita el asesoramiento de la Personera.
