The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Visión CORPOURABA CORPOURABA se verá a largo plazo posicionada en el liderazgo de la administración y la inversión ambiental en los municipios de la jurisdicción y promotora del desarrollo sostenible a nivel regional.
Strategic perspective:
Avanzar hacia la generación de nuevas fuentes de crecimiento basadas en el uso sostenible del capital natural, así como mejorar la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos por parte de los procesos productivos de todos los sectores de la economía. De esta manera, el PAI 2020-2023 no prioriza o limita el desarrollo de sectores económicos, sino que busca potencializar sus oportunidades, para ser más eficientes, competitivos y sostenibles, procurando que implementen los mejores estándares en términos productivos, ambientales y sociales, lo cual conducirá al desarrollo sostenible de la jurisdicción, desde el páramo hasta el mar.
