VISION CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONTABLE ESPECIALIZADA CENAC EDUCACIÓN En el año 2030, la Central Administrativa y Contable Especializada CENAC Educación será reconocida como una Unidad Especial distinguida por su organización sistémica de alta efectividad y competitividad, con capacidades humanas y técnicas consolidadas para asumir los retos, las tendencias del futuro administrativo y educativo, que demanda el subsistema del Ejército Nacional en materia presupuestal, administrativa y financiera, bajo estándares certificados de calidad y desarrollo de la gestión del conocimiento.
