The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Mantener y preservar el equilibrio ecológico, conservando, mejorando e incrementando los recursos naturales y fauna, a través del desarrollo de programas y acciones para reducir el deterioro ambiental. Coordinar las actividades de las Dependencias y Organismos, Estatales y Municipales, así como acciones de particulares para crear, proteger, fomentar, conservar y utilizar racionalmente los recursos renovables de flora y fauna, comprendidos dentro de las áreas decretadas como parques naturales de recreación popular y en los zoológicos abiertos o cerrados establecidos dentro del territorio del Estado.
Strategic perspective:
Contribuir al desarrollo sustentable del Estado de México en materia de recursos naturales y preservación del medio ambiente, a través del desarrollo de programas y acciones que permitan reducir el deterioro de los ecosistemas, así como conservar, vigilar, controlar y administrar los Parques y Zoológicos, reservas y áreas naturales protegidas.
