The Annual Purchasing Plan main goal is to allow the State Entity likely to increase the conditions of competition through the participation of a greater number of traders involved in the selection processes occurring during the fiscal year, also allowing the State to count with enough information to perform its coordinated purchase.

Misión: Somos el aliado estratégico para el desarrollo sostenible del Sector Agropecuario y Rural Colombiano, mediante la oferta de productos y servicios financieros apropiados a las cadenas productivas para su fortalecimiento y competitividad, con énfasis en pequeños productores y/o en la producción primaria agropecuaria. Visión: Ser en el 2038 el Banco de Desarrollo del Sector Agropecuario y Rural Colombiano.  

Política Sectorial: Contribuir activamente en la formulación y comprometerse en la ejecución de la política para el desarrollo agropecuario y rural, integral y sostenible. Financiamiento: Asegurar recursos oportunos y suficientes para el financiamiento del desarrollo del sector agropecuario y rural Generación de Impacto. Actuar permanentemente y con pertinencia sobre las cadenas productivas generando una dinámica de desarrollo agropecuario y rural competitivo y sostenible, procurando su impacto material. Excelencia Organizacional. Alcanzar altos niveles de desempeño y excelencia organizacional, con seguridad jurídica, innovación y creación de valor superior a los grupos de interés
